We want to make it much more difficult for fraudsters to steal your information at stores, restaurants, and ATMs. That is why the Credit Union is in the process of switching to EMV chip-enabled cards. The advance chip technology on this card provides an additional layer of security and greater protection against fraud. You will receive your new EMV Debit Card by mid-September.

EMV Debit Card

Please stop by a branch or call 786-257-2300 before August 1st to confirm that we have your correct address and contact information. If we have an old address on file, you run the risk of not receiving your new EMV Debit Card before your old card is deactivated!

Your new EMV Debit Card replaces your existing debit card, which will be deactivated on October 31st. Please activate your new EMV chip card right away. With the new EMV Debit Card, you will receive a new card number, expiration date, and CVV code so you’ll need to update the card information on record with any merchant you have authorized to automatically charge your account.
