We have learned that members have been receiving text messages from parties claiming to be their Credit Union or Bank. THIS IS A SCAM.  If you receive a text or email request – DELETE IT AND DO NOT CALL THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED.

Baptist Health South Florida FCU and its partners will NEVER contact you via email or text asking you to provide personal or financial information.  The Credit Union will NEVER direct you to visit another site or ask you to leave confidential information on a recording. If you have any doubts simply contact the Credit Union during our regular business hours.

You have the option to bank by phone! To use the Automated Teller, simply dial (786) 257-2300.


To access the system, enter your Member ID Number and your PIN (last 4 digits of the primary account holders Social Security Number). Then follow the instructions and you're on your way to:


  • Check your account and loan balances
  • Check your account history
  • Request a check withdrawal to be mailed to your home
  • Transfer money between your accounts
