Telephone Inquiry System

You now have the option to bank by phone! To use the Telephone Inquiry System (TIS), simply dial (305) 669-3296.

To access the system, enter your Member ID Number and your PIN (last 4 digits of the primary account holders Social Security Number). Then follow the instructions and you’re on your way to:

• Check your account and loan balances  • Check your account history
• Request a check withdrawal to be mailed to your home  • Transfer money between your accounts
